What Video Game Did I Play Yesterday?

Today's post isn't going to be very good. While I was talking to one of my friends last night, I found an interesting looking game, Discover the Ocean, on itch.io. I couldn't make it run, though, and spent a lot of time trying to make it work well on my honestly pretty weak computer. I wonder if it got tripped up because the VHS effect was rendering in real time rather than as a filter? I'm honestly not sure. At any rate, though, I'd get to the gameplay part, it would start stuttering and crash, and then I'd have to restart my whole computer.
